Fitness goals: As I mentioned a while back I want to have a very healthy and Fit body. Since my return from Texas I have been spending all of my chips (lol) of wholesome good quality foods for my family and I. So far, it’s been good even with my busy life on the go. I also started Vega protein which I enjoy because of the nutrients it offers. However, can’t say I have seen weight loss just yet, but its only been two weeks.
It’s a new month Y’all, which means a fresh start or repositioning! For me, I won’t lie it’s a little bit of both. I have been working hard trying to shed weight, but I can afford to bump it up a bit. As far as business goes… I can always do better! Let’s talk!
So this month I want to reposition my goals. Currently, I am working out about 4-5 days a week. I want to make it a solid 6 and incorporate more cardio. I also want to be ambitious and visit DAM Sport in Oakland, CA (maybe two days a week). I was my best when I worked out with my trainer/brother Andre a few years back! Lastly, keeping this healthy eating going.
Business: Last month was okay, better than the previous month but it can always be better. My primary focus for this month is to update my platform consistently to inspire, and that starts here. I am just now really getting back into the swing of things… but last week was all bad wasn’t nearly as productive as I should have been. Won’t make excuses but (lol) I’m currently in school, and it’s kicking my butt! That’s another story for another day.
So here’s to moving forward… Well, I revised my business plan, and I can honestly say… I’m feeling inspired. I have some great things in stored with a clearer plan to follow, which is always helpful. I spent the better half of my weekend planning out my month of May, by the week down to the day. I gave myself realistic goals and a blueprint to reach them.
Today is not only the first few days of a new month, but it is also a new week! Plan your month, set goals and make it happen! Happy Monday Y’all!
