Now is The Time to Celebrate

The wind blowing is the sound I hear, symbolizing this week flying by. And, I am not mad about it! I live for the weekend because It’s the time I am able to spend with family. Clearly, this is why I am working hard towards creating a life that is better aligned with my values.

Although this week has flown by, I feel it was a pretty productive week. Being blessed to make it through safely and feel one step closer to my dreams and purpose, is always a win! Now is The Time to Celebrate!

For us Bay Area people, it’s been hot! And, I’ve been loving every moment of it. In my opinion, Spring and Summer is the best time of the year! I can not wait to whip out them shorts, child!

About the look

On this particularly beautiful day, I had a meeting. It did not require me to be super dressed up. But let’s get real! Anytime I have the opportunity to get dressed up, even just a little, I will! I love an outfit that can easily transition from casual to dressed up in seconds. You never know what you might be getting into. Luckily, this outfit provided me just that, without me feeling like, “Girl, too much!”

I paired a simple $10 cropped tee with a high waisted straight leg denim. The blue wash of these jeans is a classic color, which makes them extremely versatile. Things like, raw hems and silhouettes are what take your denim from dressed up to casual. Be mindful of that when determining the look you are going for.

In addition to a Topshop crop tee and denim, comes a 2nd layer. For this look, a white Zara blazer has set the tone. It’s crisp, polished, and screams Spring has sprung.

Next, on to the shoes! And, if you know anything about me, you know your girl loves her heels. Always has and always will. Being blessed enough to find heels that are cute and comfy is always a win! Sporty pieces are trending so I thought this shoe would be the perfect shoe to ground the look. The sole of this shoe is pretty similar to a sportier sandal, yet it’s not! I love a great unexpected twist to an outfit.

And lastly, the accessories. I mostly keep it pretty minimal when it comes to my accessories. We all know my favoriet “S” Necklace and if you have been following me for a while my Apple watch is no stranger either. But, My new clear bag, well, I’m OBSESSED! Need I say more!
